Ingredients

12cbrown sugar
2cflour
1tspbaking soda
12tspsalt
12tspnutmeg
1tspcinnamon
1tspvanilla
1tspbaking powder
2 eggs
1csugar
1cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt
Topping
3cmixed berries (fresh or frozen)
12cdried cranberries
14tspnutmeg
12cchopped walnuts
12tspcinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Grease and flour two 10 inch square pans.

  3. Mix coffee cake ingredients and pour into pans, set aside.

  4. Mix topping ingredients and spread over top of cake batter.

  5. Bake for 35 minutes.

  6. Makes two coffee cakes, about 8-10 slices each.
