Strawberry Coconut Overnight Oats
It doesn’t get much easier than this recipe for a delicious and filling breakfast.
- 1/2 c old‐fashioned oats
- 1 container (5.3 oz) Stonyfield Whole Milk Greek Strawberry Yogurt
- 1/3 c milk
- 1 t chia seeds
- 1/4 c sliced strawberries plus extra for garnish
- Shredded coconut for topping
Stir the oats, yogurt (along with the strawberries), milk, chia seeds, and sliced
strawberries together in a mason jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk into the mixture to loosen it, if desired.
Top with more strawberries and shredded coconut.
