Strawberry Coconut Overnight Oats

It doesn’t get much easier than this recipe for a delicious and filling breakfast.

  • 1/2 c old‐fashioned oats

  • 1 container (5.3 oz) Stonyfield Whole Milk Greek Strawberry Yogurt

  • 1/3 c milk

  • 1 t chia seeds

  • 1/4 c sliced strawberries plus extra for garnish

  • Shredded coconut for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Stir the oats, yogurt (along with the strawberries), milk, chia seeds, and sliced
strawberries together in a mason jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.


Step 2

In the morning, stir 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk into the mixture to loosen it, if desired.


Step 3

Top with more strawberries and shredded coconut.
