Strawberry Cheesecake Icebox Pie

This simple recipe is great for anyone that likes to entertain but does not have the time to bake up something for dessert. Plus, it’s a delicious way to cut calories.

  • 1 c Stonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Yogurt

  • 8 oz fat free cream cheese

  • 3 T sugar

  • 1 t vanilla extract

  • 1 c strawberries (diced

  • 1 graham cracker crust (9-inch)

Step 1

In a medium-size mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar.

Step 2

Blend yogurt and vanilla extract into this mixture.

Step 3

Fold in strawberries, and pour filling into graham cracker crust.

Step 4

Freeze for 2-3 hours or until set.

Step 5

Top with whipped cream if you like, and allow pie to warm slightly before serving.
