Strawberries Romanoff
Strawberries are now in season in many markets. Serve this as dessert or remove the liqueur and make it into a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients
| 3 | c | Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt (to yield 1 cup yogurt cheese*) |
| 1⁄4 | c | light brown sugar |
| 2 | tbsp | orange liqueur |
| 1 | tsp | vanilla |
| 1⁄2 | tsp | cinnamon |
| 2 | pt | Strawberries (hulled and sliced) |
| 2 | tbsp | pecans (toasted, for garnish) |
Directions
*For Yogurt Cheese: Using a yogurt cheese maker or layered cheese cloth, strain the whey from 3 cups of yogurt for 3-6 hours in the refrigerator. This should yield 1 cup of yogurt cheese.
Clean, hull and slice strawberries and set aside.
To make the sauce, combine yogurt cheese, brown sugar, orange liqueur, vanilla and cinnamon and let sit for one hour.
To serve, layer sliced strawberries and sauce into wine glasses.
Serve chilled.
