Spicy Yogurt Mango Salsa

Unlike traditional salsas this recipe contains cool and refreshing yogurt and mango. Try this salsa over fish, chicken or along side your favorite Mexican dish.

Ingredients

3 yellow tomatoes (chopped and seeded)
4 red tomatoes (chopped and seeded)
4 large ripe mangos (peeled and chopped)
1 medium red onion (chopped)
1 medium serrano pepper (seeded and chopped)
2tspfresh lime juice
1tspcumin
12cStonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
12cfresh cilantro (chopped)
1 lime (zest only)
  Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, tomatoes, mango, onion, pepper, cilantro and salt and pepper.

  2. Chill for at least an hour.

  3. Serve with your favorite fish, chicken or Mexican dish.
