This smoothie is a great way to pack nutritional ingredients into a drink without anyone knowing they are in there.

Ingredients

2 frozen bananas (let defrost enough to take the peel off)
1 papaya (seeds out and meat scooped out)
1 avocado
12cStonyfield Organic Plain Greek Yogurt
4tbsphoney
  handful of ice

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and use an immersion blender to mix until smooth or you can also place all ingredients into a regular blender and mix until smooth.
