South American Smoothie
This smoothie is a great way to pack nutritional ingredients into a drink without anyone knowing they are in there.
|2||frozen bananas (let defrost enough to take the peel off)|
|1||papaya (seeds out and meat scooped out)|
|1⁄2||c||Stonyfield Organic Plain Greek Yogurt|
|handful of ice|
Place all the ingredients into a bowl and use an immersion blender to mix until smooth or you can also place all ingredients into a regular blender and mix until smooth.
