Ingredients

3 fennel bulbs (cored and sliced thin)
2 cortland apples (macintosh or granny smith, peeled, cored and sliced thin)
  Salt and pepper to taste
2tbspfresh tarragon
14ccanola oil
14cfresh lemon juice
1cStonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt

Directions

  1. In medium sized mixing bowl combine fennel and apples.

  2. In small bowl combine; canola oil, lemon juice, yogurt, and tarragon.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Fold into fennel and apple mixture.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
