Shaved Fennel and Apple Salad
|3||fennel bulbs (cored and sliced thin)|
|2||cortland apples (macintosh or granny smith, peeled, cored and sliced thin)|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
|1⁄4||c||fresh lemon juice|
|1||c||Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt|
In medium sized mixing bowl combine fennel and apples.
In small bowl combine; canola oil, lemon juice, yogurt, and tarragon.
Fold into fennel and apple mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
