Salmon with Yogurt Dill Sauce
Here's a delicious way to enjoy heart-healthy salmon.
Brush each fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Broil or grill the salmon for 8-10 minutes until done.
If grilling, flip fillet after 4 minutes, and grill on reverse side.
Place garlic and dill in a food processor and chop until finely diced.
Add yogurt and lemon juice, then blend.
Serve salmon with yogurt and dill sauce and accompany with your favorite vegetables.
