Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c granulated sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 t ground ginger
  • 1/4 t ground cloves
  • 2 large eggs
  • 15 oz pumpkin purée
  • 1 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Step 2

    Combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl.

    Step 3

    Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.

    Step 4

    Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.

    Step 5

    Gradually stir in yogurt.

    Step 6

    Pour into pie shell.

    Step 7

    Bake for 15 minutes.

    Step 8

    Reduce temperature to 350° and bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

    Step 9

    Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
