Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
A healthy and satisfying ode to a sinful dessert.
- 1 c pumpkin purée
- 1 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/2 c Stonyfield 2% Milk
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- whipped cream and ground cloves for garnish
Calories from Fat:
Combine pumpkin, yogurt, milk and maple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth.
Divide between four glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream and dust with ground cloves.
