Ingredients

2cflour
1 12tspbaking powder
14tspsalt
1 14csugar
12ccanola oil
1cStonyfield Organic Plain Yogurt
3 eggs
1 12tspvanilla
13csherry
14cpoppy seeds
  zest from 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°

  2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, beat sugar with oil.

  4. Add yogurt, then eggs, then vanilla. Add sherry.

  5. Add flour and mix until just combined.

  6. Fold in poppy seeds and zest.

  7. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Tips

Add a cream cheese glaze to make it a little more decadent.
