This cheesy adaptation of bruschetta makes a simple appetizer. And because it's made with our fat free Stonyfield you can enjoy a little extra.

Ingredients

1 12cParmesan-reggiano cheese (shredded)
2clovegarlic (finely chopped)
1cStonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
2tbspextra virgin olive oil
1tspfresh oregano (chopped or 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed)
1tbspflat leaf parsley (optional, chopped )
1 French baguette (cut into 1 inch slices)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. In small bowl, combine cheese, garlic, yogurt, olive oil, oregano and parsley.

  3. On baking sheet, arrange baguette in a single layer; spread cheese mixture.

  4. Broil until the cheese is melted and golden, about 3 minutes.
