O'Soy Granita

Ingredients
| 3 | c | Stonyfield Organic O'Soy Strawberry Soy Yogurt |
| 2 | c | fresh strawberries (chopped) |
| 4 | tbsp | honey |
| 1 | pinch | salt |
| 1⁄4 | c | lemon juice |
| 1⁄2 | c | water |
Directions
Puree soy yogurt, 1 cup of strawberries, honey, and salt in processor or blender until smooth.
Add water and lemon juice and process to blend.
Strain into 8x8x2 inch metal baking pan.
Cover with foil and place in freezer.
Scrape granita down the length of the pan with fork every hour, forming icy flakes until frozen, about 4 hours.
Can be made a few days ahead and kept frozen.
Spoon granita into individual dishes.
Serve immediately and garnish with fresh strawberries.
