Orchard Salad with Sweet Gingerly Yogurt Dressing
A delicous fall salad that combines fruits and vegetables.
|1||carrot (peeled and finely grated)|
|1||pear (peeled, cored and finely grated)|
|1||apple (peeled, cored and finely grated)|
|1⁄2||Vidalia onion or sweet onion (finely grated)|
|Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste|
|1||c||Sesame Ginger Dressing|
|1||c||Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt|
|1||lb||mixed baby field greens (washed and dried)|
Mix together first 7 ingredients.
Divide baby field greens between four salad plates or arrange on serving platter.
Top with dressing mixture.
