| 1 | carrot (peeled and finely grated) | |
| 1 | pear (peeled, cored and finely grated) | |
| 1 | apple (peeled, cored and finely grated) | |
| 1⁄2 | Vidalia onion or sweet onion (finely grated) | |
| Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | c | Sesame Ginger Dressing |
| 1 | c | Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt |
| 1 | lb | mixed baby field greens (washed and dried) |
Directions
Mix together first 7 ingredients.
Divide baby field greens between four salad plates or arrange on serving platter.
Top with dressing mixture.
