Ingredients

1 carrot (peeled and finely grated)
1 pear (peeled, cored and finely grated)
1 apple (peeled, cored and finely grated)
12 Vidalia onion or sweet onion (finely grated)
  Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
1cSesame Ginger Dressing
1cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt
1lbmixed baby field greens (washed and dried)

Directions

  1. Mix together first 7 ingredients.

  2. Divide baby field greens between four salad plates or arrange on serving platter.

  3. Top with dressing mixture.
