Oat Bar

A quick and easy breakfast or afternoon snack. Also delicious made with our Banilla yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana (mashed)
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 3/4 c butter
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1/4 c sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c chopped walnuts
  • 4 c quick cooking rolled oats

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Step 2

    In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Step 3

    Beat in egg, salt, yogurt and banana.

    Step 4

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Step 5

    Turn batter into greased 9x13x2 inch pan.

    Step 6

    Bake for 45 minutes.

    Step 7

    Cut into 30 bars and store in an airtight container.
