Oat Bar

Cook Time: 45 MINUTES

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana (mashed)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Banilla Yogurt
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 4 cups quick cooking rolled oats
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg, salt, yogurt and banana.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Turn batter into greased 9x13x2 inch pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Cut oat bar into 30 pieces and store in an airtight container.
