Ingredients

8 large eggs
12cStonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
1pinchof salt
  black pepper to taste
1tbspsalted butter
12 sesame bagel (toasted)
Topping
14ccrumbled goat cheese
2tbspscallions or parsley (chopped)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl scramble the eggs and add yogurt, salt and pepper.

  2. In a non-stick skillet on low heat place the butter.

  3. Once butter is melted, not sizzling, pour the egg mixture and stir until scrambled to your desired consistency.

  4. Serve immediately topping with crumbled goat cheese and chopped scallions with toasted bagel on the side.
