|8||oz||medium egg noodles|
|1||c||Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt|
Preheat oven to 400°.
Boil noodles in salted water for 10 minutes then drain.
Stir butter into noodles until melted.
Add egg yolks and stir well.
Add yogurt and stir well.
Add sugar, raisins and chopped apples.
Pour noodle mixture into a well greased baking dish, and bake for 30 minutes or until top gets a light brown.
