Ingredients

2cfresh lobster meat
12cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt
2tspfresh lemon juice
1tspDijon mustard
1tspolive oil
12tsptarragon
14tspsalt
14tspblack pepper

Directions

  1. Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, oil, tarragon, salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl.

  2. Add lobster and mix.

  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

  4. Serve on a long roll with lettuce.
