Lobster Roll

Try our rendition of a New England favorite made over with yogurt instead of heavy mayonnaise.

  • 2 c fresh lobster meat (cooked)
  • 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt
  • 2 t fresh lemon juice
  • 1 t Dijon mustard
  • 1 t olive oil
  • 1/2 t tarragon
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper


Step 1

Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, oil, tarragon, salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl.

Step 2

Add lobster and mix.

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Step 4

Serve on a long roll with lettuce.
