Honey Ham with Ginger Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

5lbhoney cured ham
1cpineapple (diced)
14cbrown sugar
14choney
1cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt
1 14tbspground ginger
12tspground cloves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.

  2. Place ham in a shallow baking dish and slash ham at 1-inch intervals.

  3. In a small bowl mix together pineapple juice, brown sugar, 1/4 tablespoon ginger and 1/4 teaspoon cloves.

  4. Pour mixture over ham.

  5. Place pineapple slices over ham so that the sides touch and secure with toothpicks.

  6. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until thermostat registers at 140°.

  7. In a separate bowl mix yogurt, honey and the remaining spices and serve over ham with a generous portion of sauce on the side.
