Green Tea Yogurt Infusion over Cooked Prunes
A simple, organic green tea yogurt with herbs served over prunes welcomes a new day.

Ingredients
| 2 | bag | of organic green tea with herbal infusion (lemon verbena, spearmint or lemongrass) |
| 3 | to 4 cooked prunes with natural juices | |
| 1 | c | Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt |
Directions
Open 2 bags of green tea and mix in with one cup of yogurt.
Allow the herbs to infuse the yogurt for a couple of minutes.
Soak prunes overnight in water (deep enough to cover them).
Simmer prunes slowly for two or three hours or cook the day before and refrigerate.
Place cooked prunes in a serving bowl and cover with green tea yogurt.
Enjoy a Zen morning.
