Greek Pita Pocket with Greek Yogurt Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
| 1 1⁄2 | lb | ground beef |
| 1⁄2 | onion (mince the entire onion and store half to use later in the week, small, peeled and minced ) | |
| 1 | pkg | pita bread pockets |
| 1 | tbsp | cumin |
| 1 | tsp | salt or to taste |
| Greek Yogurt Cucumber Sauce | ||

| 16 | oz | Stonyfield Organic Plain Greek Yogurt |
| 1 | cucumber (peeled and sliced) | |
| 1 | tbsp | dried basil |
| 1 | tbsp | lemon pepper |
| 1 | tsp | onion powder |
Directions
Brown beef in skillet with minced onion until cooked thoroughly, season with cumin and salt to taste
Arrange beef mixture in pita pockets and top with Greek Yogurt-Cucumber sauce
For Greek Yogurt Cucumber Sauce
Chop cucumber into tiny pieces
In small mixing bowl combine chopped cucumber, yogurt, basil, lemon pepper and onion powder; mix well
Serve cucumber sauce over pitas
