Greek Jewish Nosh
This is a delicious appetizer or pack in your lunchbox.
|6||slice||thinly sliced dense rye bread|
|6||slice||nova salmon (lox, thinly sliced)|
|3⁄4||c||Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt|
Put olive oil in skillet to coat bottom.
When hot, place sliced onions in skillet.
Cook until carmelized.
Brush olive oil on dense rye bread.
Place on cooking sheet and toast in over set to 400°.
Removed toasted bread from oven.
Spread thick layer of Greek yogurt, top with salmon and carmelized onions.
