Ingredients

6slicethinly sliced dense rye bread
1 small onion
6slicenova salmon (lox, thinly sliced)
2tspolive oil
34cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt

Directions

  1. Put olive oil in skillet to coat bottom.

  2. When hot, place sliced onions in skillet.

  3. Cook until carmelized.

  4. Brush olive oil on dense rye bread.

  5. Place on cooking sheet and toast in over set to 400°.

  6. Removed toasted bread from oven.

  7. Spread thick layer of Greek yogurt, top with salmon and carmelized onions.
