Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (cut in chunks)
  • 1 apple (cored and chopped)
  • 2 c green grapes
  • 2 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Banilla Yogurt
  • 3 c fresh spinach leaves

    Step 1

    Place bananas, grapes, yogurt, apple and spinach into a blender.

    Step 2

    Cover, and blend until smooth.

    Step 3

    Stop frequently to push ingredients down.

    Step 4

    Pour into glasses and serve.
