Go green for breakfast; enjoy this tangy smoothie bursting with vitamins, calcium and flavor.
- 2 bananas (cut in chunks)
- 1 apple (cored and chopped)
- 2 c green grapes
- 2 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Banilla Yogurt
- 3 c fresh spinach leaves
Calories from Fat:
Place bananas, grapes, yogurt, apple and spinach into a blender.
Cover, and blend until smooth.
Stop frequently to push ingredients down.
Pour into glasses and serve.
