Ingredients
| 2 | bananas (cut in chunks) | |
| 1 | apple (cored and chopped) | |
| 2 | c | green grapes |
| 2 | c | Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Banilla Yogurt |
| 3 | c | fresh spinach leaves |
Directions
Place bananas, grapes, yogurt, apple and spinach into a blender.
Cover, and blend until smooth.
Stop frequently to push ingredients down.
Pour into glasses and serve.
