Go green for breakfast; enjoy this tangy smoothie bursting with vitamins, calcium and flavor.

|1||apple (cored and chopped)|
|2||c||Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Banilla Yogurt|
|3||c||fresh spinach leaves|
Place bananas, grapes, yogurt, apple and spinach into a blender.
Cover, and blend until smooth.
Stop frequently to push ingredients down.
Pour into glasses and serve.
