Cantaloupe is a good source of Vitamin C. Adding lemon and ginger makes this a tasty treat that will help beat that cold.

|1||c||Stonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Yogurt|
|1||c||Stonyfield Organic Skim Milk|
|zest and juice of 1 lemon|
Add all ingredients to your blender.
Blend until smooth.
Garnish with a cube of cantaloupe and lemon wedge.
