Fruit & Yogurt Soup
A cool and creamy soup that celebrates springtime.
|2||c||Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt|
|1||c||Strawberries (hulled and sliced)|
|1||tbsp||fresh mint leaves|
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Puree until smooth.
Cover and chill for 3 hours before serving.
Serve garnished with your favorite fruits, a dollop of yogurt and a drizzle of honey.
