Frozen Yogurt Bark

This easy frozen treat is sure to be a hit with young and old. A sweet frozen hunk of deliciousness sweetened with honey.

Ready in: Level: Easy
Prep: Cook: Yields: 1 Pan

  • 32oz Stonyfield Organic 0% Fat Plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 T honey

  • 1/2 c dried cranberries

  • 1/2 c dried blueberries

Step 1

Stir honey into yogurt.

Step 2

Line a flat pan with sides with parchment paper and spread evenly with yogurt mixture, make sure it's not too thin so that it breaks easily (about 3/8 of an inch thick).

Step 3

Sprinkle with your fruit mix-ins.

Step 4

Freeze for a few hours until completely frozen. Ours took about 4 hours for an 8" square pan, but of course it will depend on the size of your pan. Remove frozen yogurt from the pan and peel off the parchment paper. Break into pieces.

NOTES:The use of dried fruits keeps the moisture/mushy feel and frozen texture down since the bark is frozen.
