Ingredients
| 2 | small ripe but firm papayas (diced) | |
| 1 | c | Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt |
| 2 | tbsp | confectioners' sugar |
| 3 | tbsp | of Grand Marnier liquor |
| Springs of mint to garnish |
Directions
In a bowl, mix together yogurt, sugar and Grand Marnier and chilled.
Place chilled diced papayas into chalices topped with yogurt sauce and mint leaves.
