This is meant to be cooled and served at a ready-to-go treat. But one served hot with a small scoop of Stonyfield Frozen Yogurt is a treat not to be missed! Use cookie cutters to make them even more fun. Store or freeze in airtight containers.

Ingredients

1 stick organic butter (at room temp)
4 c organic oats
3/4 c Divine cocoa powder
1/4 c coconut sugar
6 oz Stonyfield Organic Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt
2/3 c cherry preserves
1 t cinnamon (optional)

Preparation:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.

Step 2

Put butter, oats, cocoa, coconut sugar, yogurt and cinnamon (if using) into your mixer bowl.

Step 3

Mix until blended.

Step 4

Spread about half the batter to create a bottom layer – adjust to your preferred thickness. (I used 8 inch pan, if you want thinner bars use larger pan)

Step 5

Top with the cherry preserves (feel free to use a bit more if desired)

Step 6

Spread the second half of the batter on top of the cherry preserves.

Step 7

Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 8

Let cool, slice and enjoy!
