Divine Cherry Yogurt Snack Bars

This is meant to be cooled and served at a ready-to-go treat. But one served hot with a small scoop of Stonyfield Frozen Yogurt is a treat not to be missed! Use cookie cutters to make them even more fun. Store or freeze in airtight containers.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Put butter, oats, cocoa, coconut sugar, yogurt and cinnamon (if using) into your mixer bowl.
Mix until blended.
Spread about half the batter to create a bottom layer, adjust to your preferred thickness. (I used 8 inch pan, if you want thinner bars use larger pan)
Top with the cherry preserves (feel free to use a bit more if desired)
Spread the second half of the batter on top of the cherry preserves.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool, slice and enjoy!
