Curried Turkey Salad
Give those turkey leftovers a new life with this recipe! If you are not a fan of almonds, feel free to use walnuts instead.
|1 1⁄4||c||Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt|
|4||c||cooked leftover turkey (cut into 1 inch chunks)|
|1⁄3||c||scallions (finely chopped)|
|2||c||red grapes (seedless, halved)|
|3⁄4||c||slivered almonds (toasted)|
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt and curry powder.
Add the turkey, scallions, grapes and almonds.
Toss together to coat.
