Curried Turkey Salad

Give those turkey leftovers a new life with this recipe! If you are not a fan of almonds, feel free to use walnuts instead.

Ingredients

1 14cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt
1tbspcurry powder
4ccooked leftover turkey (cut into 1 inch chunks)
13cscallions (finely chopped)
2cred grapes (seedless, halved)
34cslivered almonds (toasted)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt and curry powder.

  2. Add the turkey, scallions, grapes and almonds.

  3. Toss together to coat.

  4. Serve chilled.
