1cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt
3tbspred onion (small diced)
2tbspapple cider vinegar
4 12cthinly sliced pared cucumbers (6 medium)

Directions

  1. Blend together sugar, salt, yogurt, onion and vinegar in large bowl.

  2. Add cucumbers; mix well.

  3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
