Ingredients
| 1 | tsp | golden flax seeds |
| 1 | tbsp | pure maple syrup |
| 1 | c | Stonyfield Organic Fat Free Milk |
| 1⁄2 | c | old fashioned oats |
| 1⁄4 | c | fresh blueberries |
Directions
Place a small sauce pan over medium heat with milk and oats.
Cook for about 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 2 minutes.
Pour into a serving bowl and drizzle with flax seeds and maple syrup.
Serve with fresh blueberries on the side.
