Creamy Old Fashioned Oats with Flax Seeds
Start the day with a hearty, old favorite.
|1||tsp||golden flax seeds|
|1||tbsp||pure maple syrup|
|1||c||Stonyfield Organic Fat Free Milk|
|1⁄2||c||old fashioned oats|
Place a small sauce pan over medium heat with milk and oats.
Cook for about 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 2 minutes.
Pour into a serving bowl and drizzle with flax seeds and maple syrup.
Serve with fresh blueberries on the side.
