These scones were great! Very simple to make,I was able to make them while my kids were eating their lunch! I used whole wheat white flour and I added white chocolate chips to add a little extra sweetness. My husband who usually thinks scones are too dry and hard loved them!

These scones need to be baked in a 375 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes. When I baked them at 425 degrees for 20 minutes they burned. Other than that, this scone recipe is delicious.

These were super easy and quick and they turned out wonderfully. I would recommend going closer to the 1/2 inch than the 1/4 circle. I did the 1/4 inch and it was a bit flat, and the cranberries got a little too spread out because the loaf got too wide at that depth. Overall, this was my first attempt at making scones (though I bake other baked goods often) and it was really, really good! I will be making this recipe often in the future.
