- 5 carrots (large, peeled and shredded)
- 1/2 c raisins (you can use golden raisins or regular raisins)
- 1/2 c walnuts (halves - optional)
- 6 T Stonyfield Low Fat Plain Yogurt
Peel and shred carrots and put in a large mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve or cover and refrigerate.
