Carrot Raisin Salad

Carrot Raisin salad is a 4 ingredient salad you can make in 10 minutes to make and is a healthy salad or side dish.

  • 5 carrots (large, peeled and shredded)
  • 1/2 c raisins (you can use golden raisins or regular raisins)
  • 1/2 c walnuts (halves - optional)
  • 6 T Stonyfield Low Fat Plain Yogurt


Step 1

Peel and shred carrots and put in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Step 3

Serve or cover and refrigerate.
