This dip boasts extra flavor in the form of some seriously mouth-watering caramelized onions, garlic, and organic sage and nutmeg.

2 large yellow onion (thinly sliced)
2 clv garlic minced
1/2 t ground sage
3/4 t kosher salt
1/8 t ground nutmeg
Freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
10 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
4 oz water chestnuts (chopped)
1 1/4 c Stonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
