Cannoli Cream with Rolled Wafers

Ingredients
| 2 | c | Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt |
| 1⁄2 | c | whole milk ricotta cheese |
| 1⁄4 | c | mini chocolate chips |
| 3 | tbsp | superfine sugar |
| 1 | tbsp | pure almond extract |
| zest of 1 orange | ||
| rolled wafers of your choice (4 to 8, to serve on the side) | ||
| 1 | tsp | cinnamon powder (to garnish, optional) |
| 1 | tbsp | toasted almond slices (to garnish) |
Directions
In a bowl, gently fold yogurt, ricotta cheese, sugar, almond extract, orange zest and chocolate chips together.
Serve 1/4 cup of cannoli cream and garnish by dusting cinnamon powder, topping with toasted almond slices and rolled wafers on the side.
