Blueberry Waffles
You can either make these crispy golden waffles with the blueberries in the batter or as garnish along with whipped cream. Yum!

Ingredients
| 2 | c | all-purpose flour |
| 1 | tsp | salt |
| 4 | tsp | baking powder |
| 2 | tbsp | sugar |
| 2 | eggs (room temperature) | |
| 1 1⁄2 | c | Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt |
| 1 | c | blueberries |
| 1 | tbsp | butter (melted) |
Directions
Put the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in a mixing bowl and stir with a fork until blended.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then stir in the yogurt.
Combine with the flour mixture until mixed.
Add the melted butter and blueberries and stir until mixed.
Pour about 1/2 cup of batter into a very hot waffle iron.
Cook waffles until they are golden and crisp (about 3–5 minutes).
Serve immediately.
