Blue Cheese Dunk

A good, chunky blue cheese dip. It doesn't have quite the full flavor of the standard cream cheese or sour cream variety, but it is very tasty and has far fewer calories and less fat. Cyre, Logan Lake British Columbia, Canada 12 servings Ingredients1 cup Stonyfield Fat Free Plain Yogurt DirectionsDrain the yogurt for 30 minutes according to instruction on How to Make Yogurt Cheese. Put the drained yogurt into a medium bowl. Stir in the cottage cheese, blue cheese, scallions. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend all of the flavors before serving. |
