Black and White Parfait

A delicious ending to any meal.

  • 3 1/2 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt (to yield 1 1/2 cups yogurt cheese*)
  • 1 c milk chocolate chips
  • 12 chocolate cookie wafers


Step 1

*For Yogurt Cheese: Using a yogurt cheese maker or layered cheese cloth, strain the whey from yogurt for 3-6 hours in the refrigerator. This should yield 1 1/2 cups of yogurt cheese.

Step 2

Fill the bottom of 4 parfait glasses with 2 crushed wafers each.

Step 3

Layer with yogurt cheese, then chocolate chips.

Step 4

Fill to the top with the remaining yogurt cheese.

Step 5

Top with a few chocolate chips and 1 whole wafer cookie each.
