Ingredients

3 12cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt (to yield 1 1/2 cups yogurt cheese*)
1cmilk chocolate chips
12 chocolate cookie wafers

Directions

  1. *For Yogurt Cheese: Using a yogurt cheese maker or layered cheese cloth, strain the whey from yogurt for 3-6 hours in the refrigerator. This should yield 1 1/2 cups of yogurt cheese.

  2. Fill the bottom of 4 parfait glasses with 2 crushed wafers each.

  3. Layer with yogurt cheese, then chocolate chips.

  4. Fill to the top with the remaining yogurt cheese.

  5. Top with a few chocolate chips and 1 whole wafer cookie each.
