Black and White Parfait
An delicious ending to any meal.
|3 1⁄2||c||Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt (to yield 1 1/2 cups yogurt cheese*)|
|1||c||milk chocolate chips|
|12||chocolate cookie wafers|
*For Yogurt Cheese: Using a yogurt cheese maker or layered cheese cloth, strain the whey from yogurt for 3-6 hours in the refrigerator. This should yield 1 1/2 cups of yogurt cheese.
Fill the bottom of 4 parfait glasses with 2 crushed wafers each.
Layer with yogurt cheese, then chocolate chips.
Fill to the top with the remaining yogurt cheese.
Top with a few chocolate chips and 1 whole wafer cookie each.
