Banilla Tiramisu Parfait

Ingredients
| 1 | c | Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Banilla Yogurt |
| 1 | c | mascarpone cheese |
| 4 | bananas (diced) | |
| 3 | tbsp | sugar (optional) |
| 2 | tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
| whipped cream (garnish) | ||
| banana chips (garnish) |
Directions
In a bowl combine yogurt and mascarpone, whisk until smooth.
Sample the mixture before adding 2 tablespoons of sugar to taste.
In a separate bowl mix together bananas, 1 tablespoon of sugar and lemon juice.
Using 4 individual cups start by spooning half the diced bananas, then yogurt cream mixture, then bananas again and finish with a last layer of yogurt cream mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream and banana chips.
