Banilla Tiramisu Parfait
A fun and easy dessert for kids.
|1||c||Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Banilla Yogurt|
|2||tbsp||fresh lemon juice|
|whipped cream (garnish)|
|banana chips (garnish)|
In a bowl combine yogurt and mascarpone, whisk until smooth.
Sample the mixture before adding 2 tablespoons of sugar to taste.
In a separate bowl mix together bananas, 1 tablespoon of sugar and lemon juice.
Using 4 individual cups start by spooning half the diced bananas, then yogurt cream mixture, then bananas again and finish with a last layer of yogurt cream mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream and banana chips.
