Banilla Blueberry Bread

With extra added goodness of our Banilla yogurt, this bread is not only O-So-Bananalicious, but incredibly moist as well. 12 slices Ingredients1 1/3 cup plus 1 teaspoon all purpose flour DirectionsPreheat the oven to 350°F and grease loaf pan. Combine all dry ingredients, and mix well. In a separate large bowl, combine butter and sugar and beat on high for 2 minutes. Gradually incorporate mixture of dry ingredients, followed by the yogurt, eggs and mashed banana. In a small bowl toss frozen blueberries with flour to coat, and gently fold into the batter. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool on a baking rack before removing pan. Makes 1 loaf with 12 slices. |
