Ingredients

2 avocados (pitted, peeled, and cut into 6 wedges each)
2 grapefruits (peeled and sectioned)
2tsphoney
14tspsalt
3tbspraspberry vinegar
3tbspolive oil
1cStonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Yogurt
14cpecans (optional)
6cbaby spinach

Directions

  1. Arrange baby spinach, avocado and grapefruit on to 6 separate salad plates or one large serving platter.

  2. In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, honey and salt.

  3. Slowly whisk yogurt in to mixture.

  4. Drizzle dressing over salad.

  5. If desired, garnish with pecans.
