Baby Spinach Salad with Raspberry Yogurt Vinaigrette

Ingredients
| 2 | avocados (pitted, peeled, and cut into 6 wedges each) | |
| 2 | grapefruits (peeled and sectioned) | |
| 2 | tsp | honey |
| 1⁄4 | tsp | salt |
| 3 | tbsp | raspberry vinegar |
| 3 | tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 | c | Stonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Yogurt |
| 1⁄4 | c | pecans (optional) |
| 6 | c | baby spinach |
Directions
Arrange baby spinach, avocado and grapefruit on to 6 separate salad plates or one large serving platter.
In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, honey and salt.
Slowly whisk yogurt in to mixture.
Drizzle dressing over salad.
If desired, garnish with pecans.
