Ingredients

2cflour
12csugar
1 12tspbaking soda
2 eggs
1cStonyfield Organic Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
14cbutter (melted and cooled)
2tspcinnamon
1capples (peeled and chopped)

Directions

  1. Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon.

  2. In another bowl, blend eggs, yogurt and butter.

  3. Pour egg mixture into flour mixture, add apples and stir.

  4. Bake at 375°for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Yields 12 muffins.
