Ambrosia Salad
Usually made with sour cream, the addition of vanilla yogurt is a great way to make this "sweet" treat a little more healthy. Also try this recipe using our Strawberry or Banilla yogurt for a fruitier flavor!

Ingredients
| 1 | c | mandarin oranges (sectioned) |
| 1 | c | mini marshmallows (optional) |
| 1 | c | Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt |
| 1 | c | pineapple chucks |
| 1 | c | shredded coconut |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and toss gently.
Allow to rest in refrigerator for short time for best flavor
