1tbspsugar (to rim glasses)
1cStonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1cfrozen Acai (thawed)
12capple juice
12clight rum (optional)

Directions

  1. In a blender combine yogurt, thawed Acai, apple juice and rum (optional) and blend for 2 seconds.

  2. Pour liquid into a large glass baking dish and freeze for about 2 hours.

  3. Remove the baking dish from the freezer and scrape the mixture with a fork to create frozen crystals.

  4. Return the dish to the freezer until ready to serve.

  5. Serve in tall martini glasses garnished with an edible flower.
