Ingredients
| 1 | tbsp | sugar (to rim glasses) |
| 1 | c | Stonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Yogurt |
| 1 | c | frozen Acai (thawed) |
| 1⁄2 | c | apple juice |
| 1⁄2 | c | light rum (optional) |
Directions
In a blender combine yogurt, thawed Acai, apple juice and rum (optional) and blend for 2 seconds.
Pour liquid into a large glass baking dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
Remove the baking dish from the freezer and scrape the mixture with a fork to create frozen crystals.
Return the dish to the freezer until ready to serve.
Serve in tall martini glasses garnished with an edible flower.
