Acai Yogurt Granita
An icy dessert with a creative twist.
|1||tbsp||sugar (to rim glasses)|
|1||c||Stonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Yogurt|
|1||c||frozen Acai (thawed)|
|1⁄2||c||light rum (optional)|
In a blender combine yogurt, thawed Acai, apple juice and rum (optional) and blend for 2 seconds.
Pour liquid into a large glass baking dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
Remove the baking dish from the freezer and scrape the mixture with a fork to create frozen crystals.
Return the dish to the freezer until ready to serve.
Serve in tall martini glasses garnished with an edible flower.
