| 2 | c | roasted or raw unsalted cashews |
We call this the "Hippie" wedge because it's a healthy take-off of the traditional wedge salad. Try it with dried cranberries, dried apricots or with what you have in the pantry.

| 4 | tbsp | honey |
| 4 | c | Stonyfield Organic Fat Free Plain Yogurt |
| 4 | c | nonfat cottage cheese |
| 2 | c | roasted or raw unsalted cashews |
Cut head of iceberg into 8 wedges.
Mix yogurt with honey and set aside.
On your salad or luncheon plate, lay a wedge of iceberg.
Drizzle with yogurt honey mixture.
Add the follow ingredients over the top of the wedge, dividing the amount evenly between plates: cottage cheese, banana and dates.
Garnish with 1/4 cup of unsalted cashews.
