In a separate small bowl, mix yogurt and honey together.
Sweeten to desired taste.
Slice croissant in half and spread chocolate cream on one side.
Place 3-4 slices of bananas on top of the chocolate cream, then spoon the yogurt mixture over the bananas.
Sprinkle granola over the yogurt mixture and place the other half of croissant on top.
