| 1 | tbsp | curry powder |
| 4 | c | cooked leftover turkey (cut into 1 inch chunks) |
| 1⁄3 | c | scallions (finely chopped) |
| 2 | c | red grapes (seedless, halved) |
| 3⁄4 | c | slivered almonds (toasted) |
Give those turkey leftovers a new life with this recipe! If you are not a fan of almonds, feel free to use walnuts instead.

| 1 | tbsp | curry powder |
| 4 | c | cooked leftover turkey (cut into 1 inch chunks) |
| 1⁄3 | c | scallions (finely chopped) |
| 2 | c | red grapes (seedless, halved) |
| 3⁄4 | c | slivered almonds (toasted) |
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt and curry powder.
Add the turkey, scallions, grapes and almonds.
Toss together to coat.
Serve chilled.
