Moist and light, these muffins make a delicious breakfast.

| 1⁄4 | c | butter (melted and cooled) |

Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon.
In another bowl, blend eggs, yogurt and butter.
Pour egg mixture into flour mixture, add apples and stir.
Bake at 375°for 20-25 minutes.
Yields 12 muffins.
